CottonGen functional annotations were added to K.cookei, K.drynarioides, and K.kauaiensis genomes (ref. Kayal.2024)
The CottonGen annotations include:
- InterPro and KEGG Functional annotations
- CottonGen RFLP-RAD, SSR, SNP, InDel Marker Alignments.
- Protein Homologies with Arabidopsis, Swissprot, and Trembl
- CottonGen G.arboreum, G.barbadense, G.hirsutum, G.raimondii RefTrans Alignments
The data can be:
- accessed via CottonGne searches of 'Gene and Transcripts' or 'Orthologs and Paralogs' or 'Search Sequences'
- available in CottonGen's 'BLAST'
- browsed in CottonGens's 'JBrowse'
- available in CottonGen's 'Synteny Viewer'
- downloadable at CottonGen's 'Data Download'
